Chelsea members are honored to nominate Dianne Davis for the Hall of Fame, in the category of Outstanding Service.
Dianne is held in very high esteem by all her club members and everyone whom she has assisted over her many years of membership.
Dianne is a long term TOWN member and during that time she has served both at club and TOWN Board level. At Chelsea TOWN Club she has been the contact person for 19 years. Dianne has also held the position of Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Zone representative.
Dianne joined the TOWN Board in 2003 and has held the positions of Treasurer and Regional Board member. During her first year on the Board Dianne was asked to introduce to all clubs her computer cashbook program. This program has made the lives of our treasurers so much easier and has proven to be a valuable tool for new treasurers.
Dianne has travelled many kilometers visiting treasurers who need help. Dianne has also conducted treasurer training during her time on the Board and with the help of her husband Stan has transported all training equipment needed along with any items for sale.
Dianne is a very creative person who makes all the certificates for her club’s celebrations and does all the calligraphy on the cards that are handed out at TOWN recognition night.
In forwarding this submission Chelsea would like to recommend Dianne as someone who is dedicated to TOWN and a person who is always looking for a way to further the cause of TOWN and is a very worthy Hall of Fame inductee for her outstanding service.
